It is the ultimate online container for you to get the methodologies, science and specific frameworks best suited to AFAB, Trans masc and FTM bodies, while being expertly supported and held in a safe space of other brilliant, unique and like minded individuals. BEGINNER GAINZ
First things first, we need to simply feel good in our environment. If you’ve ever felt intimidated in a gym or with gym equipment, this program is for you, to ensure your success is sustainable long term. This is where you will get confident with the kit, learn correct form and terminology, connect with your body and put in the foundational skills for your training.
masc-physique
This program is for those looking to build a masc-physique, think wide back, broad shoulders, strong arms and that v-taper. You’ll need some gym experience for this program as the sessions are demanding, jump on the Beginner GAINZ first if you’re a beginner.
X-FRAME : 3 day split
This Push-Pull-Legs program is structured to build that x-frame, think broad shoulders tapering to a relatively narrow waist and then well developed quads.
I’VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE
Throughout my own fitness journey and since starting down the path of coaching and training others in 2014, I’ve experienced and witnessed things in this hyper-gendered world that I’m on a mission to change. I gave myself a cap of how long I was prepared to work in a commercial gym, purely because I had a limit on what I was prepared to tolerate working in this environment. I knew if I felt like this working in that culture, there were many people out there like me who would just avoid it all together.

Do I need a gym membership?
No- as long as you have space to train at home and the minimal kit requirements.
How much time do I need to commit ?
2 x 1 hour sessions per week as a starting point.
How quickly can i expect to see results?
2-3 sessions per week over the a 12 week period and you will be feeling noticeably stronger with noticeable body composition changes
